Irma is a Corona native. She began her career in the insurance industry in 2001. Irma has been a great addition to our team, helping customers feel comfortable with their insurance decisions. She is available to assist in both English and Spanish. Irma likes to spend her free time crafting with her daughters.
Jacque has lived in the Corona-Riverside area her entire life with most of her family. She joined our agency in 2018. When Jacque is not at work she loves to read, garden and spend time with her family. She especially enjoys antiquing.
I have dedicated my career to insurance for over 30 years. My first encounter with insurance came from the catchy slogan," You're In Good Hands with Allstate." I joined Allstate at that time and have been part of Allstate since then. Most of my career was spent working at Allstate on the corporate side where I gained extensive knowledge of insurance and what Allstate is about, it's products and services and what it offers. In 2021 I transitioned from my corporate position to join my daughter Erica at her agency. The opportunity to take my knowledge and experience to work directly with Allstate customers has been rewarding. What sets us apart is we provide personal service and offer coverage choices that match someone's needs. I am a native Southern Californian, graduated from the University of LaVerne, and live in Yorba Linda enjoying time with my five grandchildren, Kayla, Joseph, Ryann, Jacob, and Jameson.

America moved to Corona from Lake Elsinore in 2009, and we were excited to welcome her to our Allstate agency in 2024. As a devoted mother of three children, America welcomes the opportunity to meet with and assist other families in the community with their unique insurance needs. America is fluent in two languages and can assist customers in both English and Spanish. Outside of the agency, America enjoys going for walks with her dogs, shopping and going to the movies with her family.
Michael has lived and worked in Corona his entire life, and he takes great pride in assisting others in the community with their unique insurance needs. Michael has worked in insurance since 2022, and he welcomes the opportunity to help others with insurance needs unique to their lifestyles. When he’s not in the agency, Michael enjoys playing the piano, working on his videography skills, mixing music and is a member of a Roadrunners Club.
